We will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on our CRM integration to Salesforce Chat to introduce major improvements to the way we manage conversation data and add more stability during deployments. There might be a short interruption of service for a few minutes for our clients with Chat Automation bots using Salesforce Chat during that time as their bots are restarted.
