The knowledge base services are functioning and we are increasing the size of the workers pool, as they are are processing jobs.

We are observing some additional latencies in knowledge-base import jobs.

Investigating

We have noticed an accumulation of unprocessed job son our knowledge base workers, which is a software component in-charge of scanning knowledge-base sources into a bot. This may cause some bots to be out of date with the latest changes our clients may have done to their knowledge-base.

We are currently investigating the issue.
