We will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on our Salesforce Automation to provide more resources for the upcoming weeks, where we foresee an increase in traffic. There will be a short interruption of service for our clients with Salesforce chat automation bots while the service starts and bots are restarted.

Update - We are observing that the overall performance is a lot better already, most of the requests are successful and with the expected latency.

We'll still monitor the situation while the cluster continues escalating.
